The check-in process for The Bureau Fashion Week™ | Dallas Edition has been carefully designed to ensure all shows start on time while providing an organized and efficient experience for all attendees. This guide outlines the essential information you need to know about the check-in process, including arrival times, line procedures, and important policies.

Check-in Lines

Upon arrival at the venue, you will find three distinct check-in lines:

1. VIP Line: Reserved for all VIP ticket holders
2. GA (General Admission) Line: For standard ticket holders
3. Press Line: Exclusively for registered media personnel

Door Opening Schedule

October 24th, 2026

For the 6:00 PM Show

• VIP doors open at 5:00 PM (VIP line check-in deadline: 5:45 PM)
• GA doors open at 5:45 PM

For the 8:30 PM Show

• VIP doors open at 7:30 PM (VIP line check-in deadline: 8:15 PM)
• GA doors open at 8:15 PM

October 25th, 2026

For the 2:30 PM Show

• VIP doors open at 1:30 PM (VIP line check-in deadline: 1:45 PM)
• GA doors open at 1:45 PM

For the 5:30 PM Show

• VIP doors open at 4:30 PM (VIP line check-in deadline: 5:15 PM)
• GA doors open at 5:15 PM

For the 8:30 PM Show

• VIP doors open at 7:30 PM (VIP line check-in deadline: 8:15 PM)
• GA doors open at 8:15 PM

Critical Policies

VIP Front Row Access

VIP ticket holders must observe strict timing requirements to maintain their front row seating privileges:

1. All VIP attendees must be present in the VIP line no later than 15 minutes before show time
2. Front row access will be forfeited if the VIP check-in deadline is missed
3. Forfeited VIP seats may be reassigned to other attendees

General Admission Timing

GA ticket holders should plan to arrive at their designated door opening time to ensure smooth entry and optimal seating selection within their assigned areas (rows 2-6 or standing room).

Late Entry Policy

We maintain a strict no-late-entry policy:

• No attendees will be admitted after the show has begun
• This policy applies to all ticket types, including VIP and Press
• No exceptions will be made to preserve the integrity of the show

Recommended Arrival Times

To ensure the best possible experience, we recommend:

1. VIP ticket holders: Arrive 45 minutes before show time
2. GA ticket holders: Arrive 30 minutes before door opening time
3. Press: Arrive 45 minutes before door opening time

Tips for a Smooth Check-in

1. Have your ticket and identification ready before reaching the check-in desk
2. Follow signs and staff directions to your designated line
3. Consider weather conditions and dress appropriately for potential waiting times
4. Allow extra time for security screening and coat check
