Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
All Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases for LAFW March 2026 are final and non-refundable. This policy is agreed to at checkout as part of the official Purchase Terms.
No Refunds For
- Change of plans or inability to attend
- Late arrival or missed check-in
- Missed show due to late entry cutoff
- Dissatisfaction with seating assignment, show content, or designer lineup
- Weather conditions (shows proceed rain or shine)
- Failure to meet entry requirements (ID, ticket validity, prohibited items)
- Removal from venue due to conduct violations
No Exchanges
Ticket exchanges between tiers, dates, or shows are not available. To change your experience level, you may request an upgrade (subject to availability and current pricing) by contacting support.
Event Cancellation by Organizer
In the rare event that LAFW is cancelled by The Bureau Fashion Week (not rescheduled), ticket holders will be notified via email with options that may include:
- Full refund to original payment method
- Credit toward a future Bureau Fashion Week event
Rescheduled events are not considered cancellations. If the event is moved to a new date, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date.
Ticket Protection
At checkout, you may have the option to purchase Ticket Protection through our ticketing partner. Ticket Protection may cover:
- Illness or medical emergency
- Travel disruptions (flight cancellations, etc.)
- Other qualifying unforeseen circumstances
Ticket Protection is offered by a third-party provider and subject to their terms and conditions. The Bureau does not administer Ticket Protection claims.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute does not constitute a valid refund request. Chargebacks may result in:
- Ticket cancellation and denial of entry
- Account suspension
- Referral to collections
