Making Fashion Week accessible is important to us, which is why we offer two flexible payment options: Afterpay and our Bureau Flex Payment Program. Let's explore how each payment plan works and help you choose the best option for your needs.
Understanding Afterpay
Afterpay divides your total ticket purchase into four equal payments spread over six weeks. Here's what you need to know about using Afterpay:
The Payment Structure
Your first payment is processed immediately at checkout. The remaining three payments are automatically charged to your selected payment method month. For example, if you purchase a $1,000 ticket, you'll pay $250 at checkout and three additional $250 payments over the following three months.
Eligibility Requirements
To use Afterpay, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old
- To have a valid credit or debit card
- To be a resident in an eligible country
- To have a history of successful payments if you're a returning Afterpay customer
The Approval Process
Afterpay provides instant approval decisions during checkout. The service performs a soft credit check that won't affect your credit score. Your approval is based on various factors, including your previous Afterpay payment history and the amount of your purchase.
The Bureau Flex Payment Program
Our Bureau Flex Payment Program offers more extended payment terms, customized to specific Fashion Week events and ticket packages.
How Bureau Flex Works
Unlike Afterpay's fixed four-payment structure, Bureau Flex payment plans vary based on:
- The specific Fashion Week event you're attending
- Your ticket package selection
- The total purchase amount
- The time remaining until the event
Payment Terms
When you select Bureau Flex at checkout, you'll see:
- The number of monthly payments available
- Your monthly payment amount
- The payment schedule showing first and final payment dates
- Any applicable processing fees
For instance, a $3,000 VIP package might be split into six monthly payments of $500, with the final payment due at least 30 days before the event.
Choosing Between Payment Plans
Consider these factors when selecting your payment plan:
Time Until the Event
- Afterpay works best for purchases made closer to the event date, as all payments must be completed within six weeks
- Bureau Flex is ideal for early-bird purchases, allowing you to spread payments over several months
Purchase Amount
- Afterpay typically has lower maximum purchase limits
- Bureau Flex can accommodate higher-value ticket packages and longer payment terms
Payment Schedule Preference
- Afterpay offers monthly payments
- Bureau Flex provides monthly payments
How to Purchase Using a Payment Plan
- Select your desired tickets and add them to your cart
- Proceed to checkout
- Under "Payment Options," choose either Afterpay or Bureau Flex
- Review the payment schedule and terms
- Complete your purchase by providing required information
- Save your payment confirmation and schedule
Important Considerations
Event Access
While Afterpay's payment plan does not need to be completed prior to the event, The Bureau Flex payment plan does need to be completed 30 days prior to the event, as your tickets will not be released until your final payment is processed.
Ticket Protection
Consider adding Ticket Protection Insurance, available with both payment plans, to protect your investment.
Payment Management
Both plans offer online portals where you can:
- View your payment schedule
- Monitor payment status
- Update payment methods
- Set up payment reminders
