First Step: Check Your Flicket Account
Before heading to the venue, try accessing your tickets through your Flicket account. Your tickets are automatically stored in your digital account, making this the quickest way to recover them:
1. Log into your Flicket account, see "Login" in top right corner
2. Navigate to the "My Tickets" section
3. Locate your event tickets
4. Download or display them on your device
At the Venue Options
If you arrive at the event without your tickets, we have two reliable backup systems in place:
Box Office/Support Desk Assistance
For events with a dedicated box office or support desk:
- Locate the support desk at the venue
- Speak with our staff who can assist you
- They can either reprint your physical tickets or resend digital ones to your device
- This provides you with fresh copies of your original tickets
Entry Point Solutions
For events without a box office, we've implemented a seamless backup system:
- Proceed directly to the entry point
- Our staff will have scanning devices that can manually verify your tickets
- Be prepared to provide your email address and the purchaser's identification information
- This allows our team to locate your tickets in our system and validate your entry
