Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-reversible, and non-cancelable unless Ticket Protection was purchased at checkout.
Refunds are not issued for:
- illness, injury, or medical issues
- late arrival or missed check-in
- travel delays, weather, or traffic
- work or personal schedule conflicts
- forgetting to attend
- dissatisfaction with the event experience
- designer or talent changes
- seating, visibility, or production adjustments
- changes in activations
- subjective expectations (“not what I expected”)
These situations are treated as full use of the ticket, similar to airline boarding or concert entry.
Ticket Protection (If Purchased)
Ticket Protection must be added during checkout only. If purchased, claims are handled through our third-party provider (EventCover).
Without Ticket Protection, all ticket sales remain final.

Official Reseller’s Platform (If You Cannot Attend)
If your plans change, you may list your ticket on our Official Reseller’s Platform for secure, verified resale.
Reseller Platform Rules:
- Only the official platform may be used
- Listing does not guarantee a sale
- Tickets may not be listed above the original price
- Tickets must be valid and uncompromised
- Resale does not make the original purchase refundable
- All platform transfers are final
Unauthorized resale (DMs, PDFs, screenshots, or third-party sites) may result in cancellation.

Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes — using the official Flicket transfer tool.
- Transfers do not create refund rights
- Only the most recent transfer barcode is valid
- Unauthorized transfers may void the ticket
- Once transferred, the original owner forfeits all rights
Can I exchange or upgrade my ticket?
Yes — for the same event, subject to availability.
- Must be completed before the event
- Upgrades require paying the price difference
- Exchanges cannot be reversed
- Exchanged tickets are non-refundable
- The original barcode becomes invalid immediately
What if I never received my ticket?
Tickets are considered delivered once:
- Emailed to the address entered at checkout, or
- Added to your Flicket account.
Support can resend your ticket, but nondelivery does not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.
What if I arrive late or miss my showtime?
Because runway shows operate on precise timing, the following are treated as full use of the ticket:
- arriving late
- missing the VIP 30-minute advance check-in
- arriving less than 15 minutes before showtime
- being denied entry after the show begins
- seat forfeiture
- attempting to switch showtimes
These situations do not qualify for refunds, credits, exchanges, or chargebacks.
What if the lineup or experience changes?
Fashion Week events are dynamic. Refunds are not offered for:
- designer changes or cancellations
- talent or influencer no-shows
- changes in seating layout
- production or staging adjustments
- activation modifications
- visibility differences
- any perceived change in value
Your ticket is valid for the event, not for specific designers or experiences.
Weather or emergency disruptions
Events proceed rain or shine unless safety requires otherwise.
Refunds are not issued for:
- weather
- evacuations
- venue delays
- power interruptions
- transportation issues
Delays do not constitute cancellation.
Postponement vs Cancellation
Postponement:
- Tickets automatically transfer to the new date
- Refunds are not issued if you cannot attend the new date
Cancellation:
- Refunds issued only if the entire event is permanently canceled
- Only the original purchaser receives a refund
Minors and Age Restrictions
Refunds are not issued if a minor is:
- denied entry due to age restrictions
- unaccompanied
- unable to present required ID
Guardians assume responsibility for minors.
ADA Accessibility
We accommodate accessibility requests whenever possible.
Refunds are not issued for:
- specific ADA seat preferences
- lack of advance notice
- ADA seating being sold out
Property Loss or Theft
Refunds are not issued for personal items lost, stolen, or damaged.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Most billing questions can be resolved quickly by contacting Support before filing a dispute.
Submitting a chargeback for reasons covered by this policy is considered a breach of the purchase agreement.
Banks receive:
- proof of ticket delivery
- IP/device logs
- acceptance timestamp
- transfer or scan history
- gate data
- checkout policy evidence
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- ticket cancellation
- account restrictions
- recovery of dispute fees
