Ticket Exchange Policy

We understand that plans may change. If you’d like to exchange or upgrade your Fashion Week ticket for the same event, here’s how it works:

1. Eligibility

• Exchanges and upgrades apply only to the same Fashion Week event and year (e.g., September NYFW 2026).

• Tickets may not be exchanged for a different Fashion Week city or season.

2. How to Exchange a Ticket

• Exchanges are subject to availability at the new showtime.

• To request an exchange, submit a ticket change request through your Flicket account.  

• If your requested showtime is sold out, we can offer a credit toward a future Fashion Week event.

3. How to Upgrade a Ticket

• You may upgrade your ticket to VIP, VVIP, or add After Party access if those options are available.

• Upgrades require paying the price difference between your current ticket and the upgraded ticket.

• To process an upgrade, log in to your Flicket account or contact support with your order number.

4. Restrictions

• Exchanges and upgrades must be completed at least 48 hours before the showtime on your original ticket.

• Tickets cannot be downgraded (e.g., from VIP to GA).

• All exchanges are final once processed.
