Entry Requirements — New York Fashion Week

Required for Entry

  • Valid event ticket — your QR code, digital or printed
  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Event confirmation email (recommended)
  • Security screening clearance

Runway shows at NYFW September 2026 (September 11–13, Gotham Hall) are all ages — families and teens are welcome. There is no strict dress code; elevated street style is encouraged.

Check-In Process

  1. Locate the proper line for entry:
    1. VIP / Premium Pass (priority entry)
    2. General Admission & Reserved Seating
    3. Press
  2. Present your QR code ticket at the main entrance
  3. Complete security screening
  4. Receive show-specific credentials if applicable
  5. Proceed to your designated seating area

Prohibited Items

  • Professional cameras/recording equipment (personal phones and cameras are fine)
  • Outside food and beverages
  • Large bags/suitcases (see Bag Policy)
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Illegal substances
  • Selfie sticks
  • Drones
  • Pets (service animals permitted)

Special Access

  • Front Row VIP & premium pass holders: dedicated priority entrance
  • Press/Media: check in at the press desk with credentials
  • Designers/Staff: use the service entrance with proper credentials
  • ADA Access: dedicated entrance with assistance available

Important Notes

  • Front Row VIP guests should be in the VIP line at least 15 minutes before the show or risk losing access to their front row seating
  • No re-entry once you exit a show
  • Late arrivals may be denied entry
  • Entry requirements are strictly enforced
  • Security screening is mandatory for all attendees
