Accessibility at New York Fashion Week
The Bureau is committed to making New York Fashion Week accessible to all guests. We work closely with our venue partners to ensure accommodations are available.
Venue Accessibility — Gotham Hall
- ADA-compliant entrance — Wheelchair-accessible entry is available at Gotham Hall.
- Elevator access — Elevators are available for guests who need them.
- Accessible seating — Designated accessible seating areas are available. Please request accessible seating when purchasing tickets or contact our help desk in advance so we can accommodate you.
- Accessible restrooms — ADA-compliant restrooms are available at the venue.
Service Animals
Service animals trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities are welcome at all Bureau events, in accordance with ADA guidelines. Emotional support animals that are not trained service animals may not be permitted.
Requesting Accommodations
If you require specific accommodations, we encourage you to contact our help desk at least 72 hours before the event so we can prepare appropriately. Accommodations we can assist with include:
- Wheelchair-accessible seating
- Companion seating
- Assistance with venue navigation
- Any other reasonable accommodation
On-Site Assistance
Our staff is available at all events to help with accessibility needs. If you need assistance upon arrival, please speak with any team member at the check-in area and we will ensure you're directed appropriately.
