Entry Requirements
Last Updated: January 2026
We’re excited to welcome you to The Bureau Fashion Week™. To ensure a seamless and elevated experience for all guests, please review the entry requirements below. These guidelines are in place to support guest safety, maintain show quality, protect seating integrity, and deliver the luxury Fashion Week experience we strive for.
1. Requirements for Entry
To enter any Bureau Fashion Week™ event, guests must present:
A Valid Ticket
- Digital or printed ticket is accepted
- The current, active barcode must be used (previous versions become invalid after transfers or upgrades)
Government-Issued Photo ID
- Must match the name on the ticket
- If your ticket was legally transferred in Flicket, the ID must match the updated ticket holder name
Confirmation Email (Strongly Recommended)
- Have your confirmation email accessible (saved to your device) to assist with verification if needed
Security Screening Clearance
- All guests are subject to security screening before entering the venue
- Bags and belongings may be inspected
Entry cannot be granted without a valid ticket and matching photo ID.
2. Arrival & Check-In Timing
To maintain show flow, runway timing, and seating assignments, arrival windows are strictly enforced.
VIP Ticket Holders
- Must be in the VIP line 30 minutes prior to showtime
- Guests arriving after this window may forfeit front-row access
- Front-row seating is not guaranteed after the 30-minute window due to operational and production requirements
General Admission
- GA ticket holders should arrive 20–30 minutes prior to ensure smooth check-in
No Admittance After Show Begins
- Once the show has started and the first look is live, no late entry will be permitted
- This ensures runway safety and avoids disruption to designers, models, press, and filming crews
Missed Check-In or Arrival
- Late arrival, missed check-in, or inability to attend is treated as full use of the ticket per the Purchase Terms
- Seating assignments may be reassigned to maintain show flow; this does not qualify for credit or refund
3. Re-Entry
- No re-entry is permitted once a guest leaves the venue, except for guests holding multi-show, day, or weekend passes
- Multi-show, day, and weekend pass holders may exit and re-enter between shows with a valid wristband and ticket
- Single show ticket holders may not re-enter after leaving
- Re-entry is subject to security screening each time
- This policy preserves security and show continuity
4. Prohibited Items
To ensure guest safety and protect designer collections, the following items are prohibited:
- Professional cameras, detachable-lens cameras, lighting equipment, or tripods
- Drones
- Outside food or beverages
- Weapons of any kind
- Illegal substances
- Large bags or luggage
- Press equipment without pre-approved media credentials
Personal smartphones and small digital cameras are permitted.
Guests attempting to bring prohibited items may be denied entry without refund.
5. Behavior, Conduct & Security

The Bureau reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest whose behavior:
- Interferes with the event
- Presents a safety concern
- Violates venue policies
- Threatens or disrupts attendees, staff, or models
Removal or refusal of entry does not qualify for refunds or credits.
6. ADA Accessibility
We provide reasonable ADA accommodations in accordance with venue capacity and availability.
- Guests requiring ADA assistance are encouraged to contact Support in advance of their showtime
- ADA seating is subject to availability and may vary by venue layout
- Failure to request ADA accommodations in advance does not create eligibility for refund or compensation
7. Children, Minors & Identification
- Children must have their own ticket unless otherwise stated
- Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times
- LAFW is an all-ages event. There is no after party component for this event

These items are part of the official Purchase Terms agreed to at checkout:
- All sales are final and non-refundable
- Late arrival, missed check-in, or missed show does not qualify for refund, credit, or compensation
- Seating assignments may be adjusted for safety or operational requirements
