Check-in Process
- Locate the proper line for entry:
- VIP
- GA
- Press
- Present your ticket at the main entrance
- Complete security screening
- Receive show-specific credentials if applicable
- Proceed to designated seating area
Prohibited Items
- Professional cameras/recording equipment
- Outside food and beverages
- Large bags/suitcases (see Bag Policy)
- Weapons of any kind
- Illegal substances
- Selfie sticks
- Drones
- Pets (service animals permitted)
Special Access
- VIP ticket holders: Dedicated entrance
- Press/Media: Check in at press desk with credentials
- Designers/Staff: Use service entrance with proper credentials
- ADA Access: Dedicated entrance with assistance available
Important Notes
- Please note, VIP's must be in the VIP line atleast 15 minutes prior to show otherwise risk loosing access to their Front Row seating.
- No re-entry once you exit
- Late arrivals may be denied entry
- Entry requirements strictly enforced
- Security screening mandatory for all attendees
