Overview
To uphold the quality and impact of each runway event, designers must submit a complete and professional application package. This guide outlines the exact requirements our curation team evaluates when reviewing your Fashion Week submission, ensuring you understand how to present your brand at the highest level.
1. Portfolio / Lookbook Requirements
Your portfolio is the core of your designer application and should reflect the true essence of your brand. It must demonstrate:
- Clear creative direction
- Cohesive visual identity
- Execution quality
- Runway potential
- Consistency across looks
To maximize your acceptance rate, we recommend including:
- 6–12 high-quality images of completed looks
- Editorial or campaign photography (if available)
- A curated selection that reflects your strongest work
- Clean, professional presentation

2. Brand Overview Requirements
Your brand overview should help our team understand your identity beyond the clothing. Include:
- A short brand biography
- Design philosophy and mission
- Target consumer profile
- Key inspirations
- Any notable press, collaborations, or milestones
Brands at all stages—emerging, established, or independent—are welcome to apply.
3. Collection Requirements
Your upcoming collection must be runway-ready and cohesive. Please prepare:
- Number of planned looks
- Fabrics and textiles used
- Color story
- Season (S/S, A/W, Resort, Swim, Couture, etc.)
- Design narrative or theme
- Production timeline and readiness
If you’re applying for a specific showcase (e.g., swimwear in Miami), ensure your collection aligns with that city’s audience and programming.
