Ticket Format
Tickets are delivered digitally as a QR code to the email address provided at checkout. The QR code is your entry credential.
How to Access Your Tickets
Via Email:
- Open your ticket confirmation email from Flicket
- Click "Access your tickets"
- Your QR code will be displayed
Via Flicket Account:
- Visit the official event website
- Click "Login" in the top right corner
- Navigate to "My Account" > "My Tickets"
- View and download your QR code
Passwordless Login: Enter your email on the login page and check your inbox for a one-time login link from Flicket.
QR Code Not Showing?
Two possible reasons:
- Delayed delivery: QR codes may be released at a set time closer to the event as a fraud prevention measure. All attendees receive codes at the same predetermined time — typically 1–2 weeks before the event, or 24–48 hours before for high-security releases.
- Unnamed ticket: Your ticket must have attendee information (name, email) entered before a QR code is generated. Log into Flicket, navigate to your tickets, and complete the "Name Ticket" step.
Do I Need to Print My Ticket?
No. Display the QR code on your smartphone at entry. For best results:
- Screenshot your ticket before arriving
- Set phone brightness to maximum when presenting
- You can also add your ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
- Printing is optional as a backup
