Naming / Renaming Tickets
Tickets must be named to generate QR codes.
- Open your confirmation email and click "Access your tickets" (or log into Flicket)
- Click "Name Ticket" and enter the attendee's full name and email
- Click "Save Changes"
To rename: Click "View Ticket" > "Edit Ticket" > update details > "Save Changes"
To send to a friend so they can enter their own details: Click "View Ticket" > "Edit Ticket" > "Send to a Friend" (upper left corner) > copy and forward the link.
Upgrading Your Ticket
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher tier (e.g., GA to VIP, VIP to Surrealist Circle):
- Log into your Flicket account
- Click "Exchange/Upgrade tickets"
- Select your ticket and the new tier
- Pay the price difference at checkout
- Your original ticket is deactivated and a new ticket is issued
Important:
- Upgrades are subject to availability
- Tickets cannot be downgraded (e.g., VIP to GA)
- Exchanges must be completed before the event
- All exchanges are final once processed
- If you are on a payment plan, the plan must be completed before you can exchange
- The original barcode becomes invalid immediately
Transferring Your Ticket
All tickets are fully transferable through the official Flicket transfer tool:
- Log into your Flicket account
- Navigate to "My Tickets"
- Select the ticket to transfer
- Enter the recipient's email address
- The recipient receives the ticket in their account
Important:
- Only the most recent accepted transfer barcode is valid for entry
- The original owner forfeits all rights after transfer
- Unauthorized transfers (DMs, screenshots, PDFs, third-party sites) may void the ticket
- Transfers do not create refund rights
Reselling Your Ticket
If you cannot attend, you may list your ticket on the Official Reseller's Platform:
- Log into your Flicket account
- Navigate to "My Tickets"
- Click "Sell Ticket"
- Enter the buyer's email and set your price
- The buyer receives a checkout link
Rules:
- Tickets may NOT be listed above original purchase price
- Only the official platform may be used — unauthorized resale may result in cancellation
- Listing does not guarantee a sale
- Resale does not make the original purchase refundable
- Complimentary tickets cannot be resold
- You can cancel an active resale at any time before the buyer completes purchase
- Multiple tickets must be resold individually
Can't see the "Sell My Tickets" button? Ensure you (1) purchased directly through the official platform and (2) are logged into the same account used for purchase.
Wrong Email at Purchase
Contact our support team with the event name, your full name, and the correct email address. Our team will update it for you.
Can't Find Your Confirmation Email?
- Check spam/junk folder
- Check all inbox tabs (Primary, Promotions, Updates)
- Search for "Flicket" or "Fashion Week"
- Try logging into your Flicket account directly
If still not found, contact our support team with your full name, order number (if available), and email used at purchase.
