What to Bring

  1. QR code ticket — on your phone (screenshot or Flicket app) or printed
  2. Government-issued photo ID — must match the name on the ticket. If the ticket was transferred via Flicket, the ID must match the updated holder name.
  3. Confirmation email (recommended) — saved on your device as backup

Age Verification & ID

A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry, and you must be 21+ to drink. The Rose Ball is a late-night event (11:00 PM – 2:00 AM) with an open bar — plan accordingly.

Dress Code Is Enforced at the Door

The dress code — "Wear the Rose" — is strictly enforced for every tier. Denim, shorts, athletic wear, casual sneakers, flip-flops, and baseball caps will not be admitted. Door staff have final discretion, and tickets are non-refundable if entry is declined for dress code. See After Party Dress Code — Wear the Rose.

Check-In Process

  1. Locate your designated entry line:
    • Black Rose Society (and Diamond Rose Table guests): Private VIP entrance
    • Bloom VIP & Golden Rose VIP: Priority entry — walk straight in via dedicated VIP check-in
    • Rose Pass: Main entrance
  2. Present your QR code at the entrance for scanning
  3. Complete security screening
  4. Proceed into the venue

Arrival Timing

  • Doors open: 11:00 PM; the event ends at 2:00 AM
  • Rose Pass: Arrive by 12:00 AM to guarantee entry — once the room hits capacity, entry is one-in-one-out
  • Bloom VIP and above: Walk straight in via priority or private entrances at any time
  • Diamond Rose Tables: Tables are held until 12:30 AM

Re-Entry Policy

No re-entry is permitted once you leave the venue. This is consistent with major fashion and entertainment events.

Security Screening

All guests are subject to security screening at the entrance. Bags and belongings may be inspected. Metal detectors at all entrances.

Prohibited Items

  • Professional cameras or recording equipment (detachable lenses, tripods, lighting)
  • Outside food or beverages
  • Large bags, backpacks, or luggage
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Illegal substances
  • Selfie sticks
  • Drones
  • Pets (service animals permitted)

Personal smartphones and small cameras are permitted.

Lost Ticket at the Venue

  1. Log into Flicket on your phone to retrieve your QR code
  2. Speak with staff at the support desk / entry point
  3. Provide your email address and photo ID for manual verification
  4. Staff can resend your digital ticket or verify your entry in the system
