General
Will I fit in if I've never been to Fashion Week?
Yes. Many attendees are first-timers. The atmosphere is celebratory and inclusive. Your enthusiasm matters more than industry credentials.
How do you get into NYFW after parties?
Most NYFW after parties are invite-only — industry guest lists, brand RSVPs, no public access. The Rose Ball is the exception: it's the official after party of New York Fashion Week, and it's publicly ticketed. No credentials, no guest list, no connections — choose a tier, buy a ticket, and you're on the list.
Is The Rose Ball the same as the Met Gala After Party?
No. The Met Gala is in May with separate events. The Rose Ball is the official NYFW After Party for September 2026.
Who is performing?
The Ying Yang Twins perform live, alongside a surprise opening performance, a live DJ, aerialists, and stilt walkers. Exact set times are not published in advance.
How do I know this event is legitimate?
Produced by The Bureau Fashion Week and held at the iconic Gotham Hall — the same venue that hosts the NYFW runway shows. Past Bureau events have been covered by Vogue, WWD, and Harper's Bazaar.
Tickets
Are there promo codes or discounts?
No. Tickets use first-release pricing — prices rise when the initial allocation sells. The current price is the best available rate.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
No. Tickets are sold in advance only.
Which ticket is best for first-timers?
Bloom VIP ($449) — priority entry with no wait, VIP Lounge with dedicated open bar, and dedicated check-in. If budget comes first, the Rose Pass ($249) includes the full night: open bar, every performance, and the full dance floor.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Afterpay splits most tiers into 4 interest-free payments.
Will tickets sell out?
Inventory is limited at every tier — Bloom VIP is capped around 250, Golden Rose VIP under 200, Black Rose Society at strictly 80, and only 10 Diamond Rose Tables exist. Early purchase is strongly recommended.
I have NYFW runway tickets — do I need a separate After Party ticket?
Yes. The Rose Ball is ticketed separately from the runway shows. Runway tickets and passes do not include after party entry — and no runway ticket is required to attend.
How does the Ying Yang Twins Meet & Greet work?
It's a $695 add-on that includes a private meet & greet and a professionally shot photo, delivered afterward. It does not include event admission — a Rose Ball ticket for the same night is required. Only 40 spots exist.
After Purchase
How do I access my ticket?
Your ticket is a QR code delivered to your email. Also available in your Flicket account under "My Tickets."
My QR code isn't showing.
Either QR codes haven't been released yet (fraud prevention — typically 1–2 weeks before event) or you haven't named your ticket in Flicket.
Can I upgrade my ticket?
Yes. Log into Flicket, click "Exchange/Upgrade," pay the difference. Subject to availability. No downgrades.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes. Transfers are always free through Flicket. Enter the recipient's email. Only the latest barcode is valid.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. No refunds unless Ticket Protection was purchased at checkout. You can transfer for free or resell on the Official Reseller's Platform.
What if I lose my ticket day-of?
Log into Flicket on your phone. At the venue, staff can verify using your email and photo ID.
Day Of
What do I need to bring?
QR code (phone or printed), government-issued photo ID, confirmation email as backup.
What is the dress code?
Wear the Rose — one bold floral statement piece in the palette (hot pink, coral, peach, sunshine yellow, gold, sage, or ivory). Denim, shorts, athletic wear, casual sneakers, flip-flops, and baseball caps will not be admitted. Strictly enforced for every tier.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 11:00 PM. Rose Pass holders should arrive by 12:00 AM — once the room hits capacity, entry is one-in-one-out. Bloom VIP and above walk straight in.
Is there re-entry?
No. Once you leave, you cannot re-enter.
Is there coat check?
Yes.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. Wheelchair accessible, ADA entrance, service animals permitted. Contact info@thebureaufashionweek.com for accommodations.
Is there parking?
No on-site parking. Nearby garages available. Rideshare recommended. Nearest subway: Herald Square (B/D/F/M/N/Q/R/W), one block away.
What time does the event end?
2:00 AM.
