How You'll Receive Your Tickets
Digital QR Code Delivery
All tickets are delivered digitally as QR codes. There are no physical tickets.
When Will I Get My QR Code?
- After completing your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email from Flicket (our ticketing partner).
- Your QR code will be accessible through your Flicket account and/or attached to your confirmation email.
- QR codes may be delivered closer to the event date — if you don't see yours immediately, don't worry.
Accessing Your QR Code
- Check your email (including spam/junk) for your confirmation from Flicket.
- Log in to your Flicket account to view and download your QR code.
- Save a screenshot or download the QR code to your phone for easy access on event day.
At the Door
- Present your QR code (on your phone screen or printed) at the check-in area.
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the ticket.
- Each QR code is unique and can only be scanned once.
Name Your Ticket (Required for QR Code)
Your ticket must have attendee information entered before a QR code is generated.
- Open your confirmation email and click "Access your tickets" (or log into Flicket).
- Click "Name Ticket" and enter the attendee's full name and email.
- Click "Save Changes."
If your QR code isn't showing, this is the most common reason — complete the naming step and your code will be generated.
Didn't Receive Your Confirmation?
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Verify the email address you used at checkout.
- Contact our help desk and we'll locate your order and resend your confirmation.
