All Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases for New York Fashion Week events produced by The Bureau are final and non-refundable. This applies to all ticket types, tiers, and access levels.

Exchanges

Ticket exchanges are not available. Each ticket purchase is final for the specific event, date, and tier selected at checkout.

Ticket Protection

At checkout, you may have the option to add Ticket Protection powered by EventCover. This is a third-party protection plan that may cover eligible cancellations due to:

Illness or injury (with documentation)
Travel disruptions
Other qualifying circumstances as outlined in EventCover's terms

Ticket Protection must be purchased at the time of checkout — it cannot be added after purchase. Claims are handled directly by EventCover, not by The Bureau.

Event Cancellation by The Bureau

In the unlikely event that The Bureau cancels an event, ticket holders will be notified via email with options that may include a full refund or credit toward a future event.

Event Modifications

If an event is rescheduled or the format is significantly modified, ticket holders will be notified via email. Policies for rescheduled events will be communicated at that time.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting our help desk may result in your ticket being voided and entry denied. If you have a billing concern, please contact our help desk first so we can assist you.
