What to Expect on Event Day — Arrival & Check-In

Welcome to LAFW March 2026 at The Lot Studios, West Hollywood. Here’s everything you need to know for a smooth arrival and check-in.

Arrival

• Venue: The Lot Studios, West Hollywood — 1041 North Formosa Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90046
• Doors open: Approximately 45–60 minutes before each show
• Look for event signage directing you to the appropriate entrance

Check-In Process

1. Join the appropriate line: VIP or General Admission
2. Present your QR code ticket (from Flicket confirmation email or app)
3. Present your government-issued photo ID matching the name on the ticket
4. Pass through security screening (bags and belongings may be inspected)
5. Receive your wristband or credential and proceed to the venue

Arrival Timing

• VIP / Ultra VIP / Front Row: Arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime to secure your seating
• General Admission: Arrive 20–30 minutes before showtime
• No late entry: Once the first look hits the runway, doors close. No exceptions.

What to Bring

• Charged phone with your QR code ticket accessible
• Government-issued photo ID
• Confirmation email (saved to device)

What NOT to Bring

• Professional cameras or tripods
• Outside food or beverages
• Large bags or luggage
