Lost & Found

During the Event

If you lose a personal item during LAFW:

• Visit the Information Desk near the main entrance at The Lot Studios
• Provide a description of the item and where you believe it was lost
• Staff will check the on-site lost and found collection

After the Event

If you realize you left something behind after leaving the venue:

• Submit a Lost Item Report
• Include: your name, event date and show attended, item description, and where you were seated

Claim Process

• Found items are collected by event staff and held at the Information Desk through the event day
• After the event, unclaimed items are transferred to our operations team
• Items must be claimed within 30 days of the event
• Proof of ownership may be required for high-value items
• Shipping may be arranged for out-of-area guests (shipping costs apply)

Tips for Keeping Your Belongings Safe

• Use the coat check for jackets, bags, and extra items
• Keep valuables on your person at all times
• Do not leave items unattended on seats between shows
