Entry Requirements — Miami Swim Week

Welcome to Miami Swim Week by The Bureau Fashion Week™. To ensure a smooth, elevated experience for all guests, please review the entry requirements below.

1. Age Requirement

Miami Swim Week is an 18+ event. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the door. Guests under 18 will not be admitted regardless of ticket type.

2. Requirements for Entry

To enter any Miami Swim Week show, guests must present:

A Valid QR Code Ticket — digital ticket on your phone screen or printed. Each QR code is unique and single-use.
Government-Issued Photo ID — must match the name on the ticket (e.g., driver's license, passport).
Confirmation Email (Recommended) — have your Flicket confirmation email accessible in case of verification questions.

Entry cannot be granted without a valid ticket and matching photo ID.

3. Arrival & Doors Open

VIP Ticket Holders: Doors open 1 hour before showtime. Use this time to settle into the VIP lounge, enjoy complimentary champagne, and get your best seat.
General Admission: Doors open 15 minutes before showtime. Arrive on time — GA seating is first come, first served.
No Late Entry: Once the first look hits the runway, doors close. No exceptions. This ensures show quality and fairness to all guests.

4. General Admission Seating

GA is a combination of seated and standing — first come, first served. If securing a seat is important to you, arrive as soon as doors open. Want guaranteed front-row seating? Upgrade to Front Row VIP.

5. Re-Entry

Multi-show, day, and weekend pass holders may exit and re-enter between shows with a valid wristband and ticket.
Single-show ticket holders may not re-enter after leaving.
Re-entry is subject to security screening each time.

6. Prohibited Items

Professional cameras, detachable-lens cameras, lighting equipment, or tripods
Drones
Outside food or beverages
Weapons of any kind
Illegal substances
Large bags or luggage
Press equipment without pre-approved media credentials

Personal smartphones and small personal cameras are permitted. Guests attempting to bring prohibited items may be denied entry without refund.
