How You'll Receive Your Tickets

Digital QR Code Delivery

All tickets are delivered digitally as QR codes. There are no physical tickets.

Step 1: Name Your Tickets

Your QR code is not generated until you name your ticket. Here's how:

1. Open your purchase confirmation email from Flicket (our ticketing partner).
2. Look for the next step prompt to "Name" your tickets — click it.
3. Enter the attendee's full name and email address.
4. Save your changes.

If your QR code isn't showing, this is the most common reason — complete the naming step and your code will be generated immediately.

Step 2: Download Your QR Code

Once your ticket is named, you can download your QR code directly from the confirmation email or your Flicket account. Save it to your phone — you'll need it at the door.

At the Door

• Present your QR code (phone screen or printed) at the check-in area.
• Present your valid government-issued photo ID matching the ticket name.
• Each QR code is unique and can only be scanned once.
• Miami Swim Week is 18+ — ID is required for all guests.

Didn't Receive Your Confirmation?

• Check your spam/junk folder.
• Verify the email address used at checkout.
• Contact our help desk and we'll locate your order and resend your confirmation.
