Managing Your Paris Fashion Week Tickets

Once tickets launch for the October 2026 Paris season, everything about your order is managed through your Flicket account — the same account you create at checkout.

What You Can Do in Your Flicket Account

• View your tickets and QR codes any time.
• Transfer tickets to friends or family attending with you, so each guest carries their own ticket.
• Update your account details (email, name) so confirmations reach you.
• Review your order history and receipts.

Transferring Tickets to Guests

If you purchased multiple tickets, transfer each guest's ticket to their own email through your Flicket account. This means no one is dependent on you at the door — every guest scans their own QR code and enters independently.

Changed Email or Can't Log In?

Use the password reset on the Flicket login page with the email you used at purchase. If you no longer have access to that email, submit a request through this Help Center with your order details and we'll help you recover your tickets.

Upgrades and Changes

Options for changing or upgrading tickets for the Paris season will be confirmed at ticket launch. If you need a change to an existing order, submit a request through this Help Center and our team will let you know what's possible.
