How Your Paris Fashion Week Tickets Are Delivered

All Bureau Fashion Week tickets are digital and delivered through Flicket, our official ticketing platform. Nothing is mailed — your phone is your ticket.

After You Purchase

• You'll receive a confirmation email from Flicket with your order details.
• Your tickets live in your Flicket account, accessible any time from your phone or computer.
• Each ticket includes a unique QR code that is scanned at entry.

Can't Find Your Tickets?

• Search your inbox (and spam/promotions folders) for an email from Flicket.
• Log in to your Flicket account using the same email you used at checkout.
• Still stuck? Submit a request through this Help Center and our team will re-send your confirmation.

On Event Day

Have your QR code ready on your phone when you arrive at Cléry (17 Rue de Cléry, 75002 Paris). Screenshots of your QR code work, but the live ticket in your Flicket account is the most reliable option — it always reflects any changes to your order.

Tips

• Charge your phone before you head to the venue.
• Add your ticket email to your contacts so updates don't land in spam.
• If you're attending as a group, each guest should have their own ticket QR code ready — see Managing Your Tickets for how to transfer tickets to your guests.
