How to Walk in Miami Swim Week

To walk in Miami Swim Week, submit The Bureau Fashion Week’s free online model application at the official model application page and select Miami as your market. No agency representation is required, and applying is always free — you must be 18+.

Step 1: Apply Online

The application asks for your measurements, four photos (headshot, full body, three-quarter, and comp card), and a short walk video. You can apply to up to three markets — including Miami — in a single application. Full requirements are in the complete model application guide.

Step 2: Casting

If your application is approved, you’ll be invited to casting — in-person casting calls are held ahead of each event, and virtual castings are available for models applying from outside the host city.

Step 3: Booking

Models selected at casting are proposed to designers showing that season. If a designer books you, you’ll receive your call time, fitting details, and show-day logistics directly from The Bureau’s casting team.

Do I Need an Agency?

No. The Bureau accepts direct applications from both agency-represented and independent models. You never pay to apply, audition, or walk — anyone charging a fee to “get you into” Miami Swim Week is not affiliated with The Bureau.
