Accessibility Information & Accommodations

The Bureau Fashion Week is committed to providing an inclusive experience for all guests at LAFW March 2026.

Venue Accessibility

The Lot Studios, West Hollywood offers the following accessibility features:

• Wheelchair-accessible entrances and pathways
• ADA-compliant restrooms
• Accessible seating areas at runway shows
• Level, ground-floor pathways between show spaces
• Accessible parking spaces in the self-parking lot

Requesting Accommodations

Guests requiring ADA accommodations or accessibility support are encouraged to contact us in advance of the event:

• Submit an Accessibility Request
• Include your name, ticket confirmation number, and specific needs
• Please submit requests at least 7 days before the event to allow for proper arrangements

On-Site Assistance

• Event staff are available to assist with navigation and seating
• Visit the Information Desk upon arrival for in-person support
• Service animals are welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines

Companion Tickets

• Companions or personal care attendants accompanying a guest with a disability must have their own ticket
• For companion seating arrangements, please include this in your accessibility request

• ADA seating is subject to availability and may vary by show
• Failure to request accommodations in advance does not create eligibility for refund or compensation
• We make every reasonable effort to accommodate all requests, but some accommodations may be limited by venue constraints
