On-Site Support & Who to Contact

Our team is available throughout LAFW March 2026 to assist with any questions or needs.

Information Desk

• Located near the main entrance at The Lot Studios
• Available from doors-open through the end of each show day
• Assistance with: directions, schedule questions, accessibility needs, lost items, general inquiries

Event Staff

Look for team members in Bureau-branded attire throughout the venue. Staff can help with:

• Navigating the venue
• Locating your seating area
• Directing you to restrooms, coat check, or VIP areas
• Addressing any concerns

Security

• Security personnel are stationed at all entrances and throughout the venue
• Report any safety concerns to the nearest security team member immediately

Medical / First Aid

• A first aid station is available on-site
• Alert any staff member if you need medical assistance
