Code of Conduct & Guest Expectations
The Bureau Fashion Week is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and elevated environment for all guests, designers, models, press, and staff.
Expected Behavior
- Treat all attendees, staff, models, and designers with respect and courtesy
- Follow all instructions from event staff and security personnel
- Remain in your assigned seating area during shows
- Keep pathways and aisles clear at all times
- Use designated areas for food, beverages, and smoking
- Maintain appropriate noise levels during runway presentations
Prohibited Behavior
The following behaviors will result in immediate removal from the event without refund:
- Harassment, intimidation, or threatening behavior toward any person
- Physical altercations or aggressive conduct
- Intoxication to the point of disruptive behavior
- Unauthorized access to restricted areas (backstage, press room, VIP without credentials)
- Touching or interfering with designer collections, garments, or runway installations
- Disrupting runway shows (standing in aisles, blocking cameras, heckling)
- Violating photography or prohibited items policies
- Soliciting, distributing promotional materials, or commercial activity without authorization
Enforcement
- The Bureau reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest at its sole discretion
- Removal from the event does not qualify for refund, credit, or compensation
- Guests who are removed may be banned from future Bureau Fashion Week events
- Law enforcement may be contacted if criminal behavior is observed
Reporting Concerns
If you witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct or feel unsafe:
- Notify the nearest event staff member or security personnel immediately
- Visit the Information Desk for non-urgent concerns
- After the event: submit a report via support
