Emergency Procedures & Safety Information
Your safety is our top priority at LAFW March 2026. Please familiarize yourself with the following information.
In Case of Emergency
- Stay calm and follow instructions from event staff and security
- Do not run — move quickly but calmly toward the nearest exit
- Follow illuminated EXIT signs and staff directions
- Do not use elevators during an evacuation
- Proceed to the designated assembly area outside the venue
- Do not re-enter the venue until cleared by security or emergency services
Emergency Contacts
- 911: For any life-threatening emergency
- On-site security: Alert the nearest security team member
- Event staff: Any Bureau-branded staff member can radio for assistance
- First aid: On-site medical station available — ask any staff member for location
Medical Emergencies
- A first aid station is available on-site at The Lot Studios
- Alert any staff member or security personnel for medical assistance
- If you have specific medical needs (allergies, medications, conditions), carry relevant information on your person
- Nearest Hospital: Cedars-Sinai Medical Center — 8700 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90048 (approximately 1.5 miles from venue)
Fire Safety
- Fire exits are marked throughout The Lot Studios
- Familiarize yourself with the nearest exit when you arrive at your seating area
- Do not block exits, aisles, or emergency pathways
- Smoking is prohibited inside the venue
Suspicious Activity
If you observe suspicious behavior, unattended items, or anything that makes you feel unsafe:
- Do not touch or approach suspicious items
- Notify security or event staff immediately
- Call 911 if you believe there is an imminent threat

- Professional security team stationed throughout the venue
- Security screening at all entrances
- CCTV monitoring
- Fire suppression and alarm systems
- Emergency lighting and exit signage
