Accessibility at the Paris Season
The Bureau is committed to making the Paris Fashion Week experience (October 1–3, 2026 at Cléry, 17 Rue de Cléry, 75002 Paris) welcoming for every guest.
Tell Us What You Need — Before You Arrive
The most effective step is to contact us ahead of your visit. Submit a request through this Help Center with:
- The show date you're attending (October 1, 2, or 3, 2026)
- The assistance or accommodation you need (mobility access, seating placement, companion seating, or anything else)
Our team will confirm what's available at the venue and make arrangements before show day. Venue-specific accessibility details for the Paris season will also be published with the ticket release.
On Show Day
Bureau staff at entry can assist with priority entry and seating support — identify yourself to any team member and they'll help directly or radio the right person.
Getting There
The venue is in central Paris near Métro Sentier (line 3) and Bonne Nouvelle (lines 8/9). Note that the Paris Métro has limited step-free access at many older stations, and the Sentier's streets include narrow, cobbled stretches — if either is a concern, a taxi to 17 Rue de Cléry may be the more comfortable option, and we're happy to advise when you contact us.
Questions
Nothing here is one-size-fits-all — if you're unsure whether we can accommodate something, just ask. Submit a request through this Help Center and we'll work it out with you.
