Safety at the Paris Season
Guest safety comes first at every Bureau Fashion Week event, including the Paris season at Cléry (October 1–3, 2026).
In an Emergency
- Dial 112 — the European emergency number, which works from any phone in France (English-speaking operators are available).
- Alert the nearest Bureau staff member or venue security immediately — they are trained to respond and coordinate with emergency services.
On-Site Safety Measures
- Standard event security screening at entry
- Bureau event staff and venue security present throughout show days
- Clearly marked exits — take a moment to note the nearest one when you're seated
Medical Assistance
If you or someone near you needs medical help, tell the nearest staff member right away. For serious emergencies, dial 112.
General Guidance
- Keep your phone charged and your belongings with you.
- As in any busy central-city district, stay aware of your surroundings on the streets around the venue, especially at night.
- If you see something concerning, tell a staff member — you'll never be penalized for raising a safety concern.
If Weather or Circumstances Affect the Event
Any changes to show schedules are communicated to ticket holders by email and posted on the schedule page. Make sure the email on your Flicket account is current.
