On-Site Staff
Look for team members wearing The Bureau staff credentials. They can help with:
- Directions and wayfinding within the venue
- Seating questions
- General event information
- Pointing you to the right department for specific needs
Help Desk
For ticket issues, access problems, or anything our on-site staff can't resolve immediately, reach out to our help desk:
- Live chat — Available through our website or Zendesk widget
- Email — Our support team monitors inquiries throughout the event
Our help desk team can assist with digital ticket issues, name discrepancies, upgrade requests, and escalations.
Medical Assistance
If you or someone near you needs medical attention:
- Alert the nearest staff member immediately
- On-site medical personnel are available at all Bureau events
- For life-threatening emergencies, call 911
Security
Our professional security team is on-site throughout the event. If you feel unsafe or witness concerning behavior, notify any security personnel or staff member immediately.
