Arrival & Check-In Process
Here's what to expect when you arrive at a New York Fashion Week event produced by The Bureau.
Check-In Flow
- Approach the check-in area — Look for The Bureau's registration desk or check-in point at the venue entrance.
- Have your QR code ready — Pull up your QR code on your phone before you reach the front of the line. This speeds up entry for everyone.
- ID verification — A valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on your ticket is required.
- Receive your credential — Depending on the event, you may receive a wristband, lanyard, or stamp confirming your access level.
- Bag check / security screening — All guests must pass through a security checkpoint. Please allow extra time for this.
When to Arrive
- We recommend arriving 30–45 minutes before the event start time.
- Doors typically open 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start.
- Late arrivals may experience limited seating availability or restricted entry during active programming.
