Each Bureau event has its own schedule and layout. Here's how to stay informed and find your way.

Event Schedule

• The full schedule is published on our website ahead of each season.
• Check your confirmation email for the specific start time and any pre-event programming.
• Schedules are subject to change — we recommend checking our website or social media channels for real-time updates on event day.

Venue Navigation

• Signage and staff will direct you throughout the venue.
• Access areas are determined by your ticket tier — your credential (wristband, lanyard, or stamp) indicates which areas you may enter.
• VIP and premium ticket holders will have access to designated lounges and reserved areas.
• General admission areas are first-come, first-served within your access level.

Re-Entry Policy

Re-entry is not guaranteed. If you leave the venue, you may not be able to re-enter, especially if the event is at capacity. Check with door staff before exiting if you plan to return.
