Expected Behavior
- Treat all guests, staff, performers, and venue personnel with respect and courtesy.
- Follow the instructions of event staff, security, and venue personnel at all times.
- Respect designated areas — only enter spaces your credential allows.
- Keep pathways and emergency exits clear.
Prohibited Behavior
The following will result in immediate removal from the event without refund:
- Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior of any kind
- Physical altercations or aggressive conduct
- Excessive intoxication that disrupts the event or endangers others
- Unauthorized entry into restricted areas
- Theft, vandalism, or destruction of property
- Use of illegal substances
- Any behavior that compromises the safety or enjoyment of other guests
Zero-Tolerance Policy
The Bureau enforces a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and unsafe behavior. Security and event management have full authority to remove any guest who violates this code of conduct. No refunds will be issued for guests removed due to conduct violations.
Reporting Concerns
If you experience or witness behavior that violates this code of conduct, please notify any staff member or security personnel immediately. You can also contact our help desk. All reports are taken seriously and handled promptly.
