Your Safety Is Our Priority
The Bureau works closely with venue partners, security teams, and local authorities to ensure the safety of all guests.
In Case of Emergency
- Call 911 for any life-threatening emergency.
- Alert the nearest staff member or security personnel.
- Follow instructions from event staff and security — they are trained for emergency situations.
Emergency Exits
- Familiarize yourself with the nearest emergency exits when you arrive.
- Do not block exits, stairways, or emergency access points.
- In an evacuation, remain calm, follow staff directions, and proceed to the nearest exit.
Medical Assistance
- On-site medical support is available at all Bureau events.
- If you have a medical condition that may require attention, please inform a staff member upon arrival so we can assist you if needed.
- AED (Automated External Defibrillator) devices are available at the venue.
Weather & Event Disruptions
In the event of severe weather or other circumstances that impact the event:
- Check our website and social media channels for real-time updates.
- Follow all instructions from event staff regarding shelter-in-place or relocation.
- If an event is cancelled or significantly altered due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), our refund and communication policies will be announced via email and our official channels.
Suspicious Activity
If you see something, say something. Report any suspicious activity or unattended items to security or staff immediately.
